The lower the level of body fat, the deeper the calorie deficit, the smaller the carbohydrate supply and the harder and more frequent the training, the more benefits you can derive from taking BCAA MAX SUPPORT and the bigger the doses of these amino acids you should use.
BCAA, i.e. branched chain amino acids, are among the most popular supplements used by physically active people. This is because both everyday experience and the results of scientific research confirm their beneficial influence on generally understood fitness.
The abbreviated name BCAA comes from the English term branched chain amino acids. The name results from the specific structure of these compounds. BCAA include: leucine, isoleucine and valine which belong to the group of essential amino acids called exogenous, i.e. amino acids that must be provided with food or in the form of a supplement as the body is unable to synthesise them on its own. Unlike other protein-building amino acids, BCAAs are distinguished by their chemical structure, namely the presence of a branched aliphatic side chain, and the fact that they are metabolised not in the liver, but mainly in muscle tissue.
It is ideal for an active person to take BCAA MAX SUPPORT before and after exercise. The optimum dose producing the desired effects in the body is 10g.
In order to obtain the full protective properties of Allnutrition BCAA MAX SUPPORT, it is recommended to take it on an empty stomach or during prolonged workouts.

ALLNUTRITION BCAA Max Support is 100% of ideal composition and delicious taste, there is no place for an additional product added to obtain a colour which has nothing to do with the product. A delicate white precipitate remains on the surface, which proves the actual presence of leucine
