Omega 3 contains docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) which belong to the group of polyunsaturated fatty acids. They have a number of beneficial properties for the human body.

Adequate amounts of omega-3 fatty acids are also essential for spermatogenesis. DHA is beneficial for proper brain functioning and vision. DHA and EPA are beneficial for the proper functioning of the heart.*
