L-citrulline, beta-alanine, acids (L (+) - tartaric acid, citric acid), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium silicate), aromas, caffeine, L-ascorbic acid, Rhodiola rosea root extract ( Rhodiola rosea ), inulin, dyes (curcumin), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), choline bitartrate, Panax Notoginseng root extract, grapefruit bioflavanoid extract ( Citrus Paradisi , fruit), nicotinamide, zinc oxide, black pepper extract ( Piper Nigrum , fruit).

Directions 

Mix 13 gr with 200 ml of cold water and consume once a day
