Recommended Use
Take 75 g right after workout. Fill one bottle up to 1/3 (approx. 2 dl) of water. Add the powder and shake for 1-2 minutes. Then fill it up with the remaining amount of water to the final volume (6-10 dl). Note! Shake vigorously.
